1．先點入信用卡到 Stripe Payments 的頁面
Step 1: Click “Credit Card” to enter the Stripe Payments page.
2．然後按數量便可直接輸入「100」，不需要逐次按（＋／－）（100 x ＄10）
Step 2: Enter “100” in the Quantity field; no need to click (+/-) repeatedly (e.g., 100 x $10).
3．付款額總數就會是＄1000
Step 3: Ensure the total payment amount shows as $1,000.
4．之後填上信用卡資料，完成付款。
Step 4: Fill in your credit card details and complete the payment.
我們是透過 Stripe Payments ，交付訂金，不會收取你的手續費

為保障客戶，請細心閱讀以下條款
1．最終收費以我們負責車務安排的司機與客人溝通後的報價為準。
2．1 至 9 人包車，會由懂華語的司機負責，客人可與司機按天氣或路面情況，經商討後更改。
3．10 人或以上為 18 座巴士，按客人行程完成服務，當天行程不作任何更改或變動，如行程有變動，需 3 天前提出。
4．所有費用已包油費、高速公路費、停車費，司機會自行負責餐飲，客人不需要額外付費。
5．逾時收費，一般為 1 小時 5000 日元，但價格會視乎車型或旺季而變動，我們在初步報價時會說明。
6．除得到我們司機同意，否則都不可擅自用我們司機的日本電話號碼預約任何服務、包括住宿、餐飲、活動…等等。
7．所有未經雙方同意而交付的訂金，我們一律不作退款。
8．訂單一經確定，除非天災、疫情封關，否則任何個人原因都會依我們的退款政策作安排。
9．車遊．北海道 Car4Tourjp.com 保留最終解釋權。
退款政策
- 包車日期 15 前天通知，需扣 5％ 訂金。
- 包車日期 14 至 4 天前通知，需扣 50％ 訂金。
- 包車日期前的 3 天之內通知，不會安排退款。
Terms of Service
Terms of Service
1．Final Quoted Price: The final fee is subject to the official quote provided after communication between our fleet dispatch driver and the guest.
2．1–9 Passenger Charters: These are handled by Chinese/Mandarin-speaking drivers. Guests may discuss and adjust the itinerary with the driver based on weather or road conditions.
3．10+ Passenger Charters (18-seater bus): These are operated by Japanese drivers without a tour guide. The service will follow the pre-agreed itinerary strictly; no changes or modifications can be made during the trip.
4．All-Inclusive Pricing: Fees include fuel, expressway tolls, and parking. Drivers are responsible for their own meals; guests do not need to pay extra.
5．Overtime Fee: An additional charge of 5,000 JPY per hour applies for overtime.
6．Use of Driver’s Contact: Unless explicitly permitted by our driver, guests are strictly prohibited from using the driver’s Japanese phone number to book any third-party services, including accommodation, dining, or activities.
7．Unconfirmed Deposits: Deposits paid without mutual agreement from both parties are strictly non-refundable.
8．Order Commitment: Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations for any personal reasons will be handled according to our Refund Policy, except in cases of natural disasters or pandemic-related border closures.
9．Right of Interpretation: Car4Tourjp.com (車遊．北海道) reserves the right of final interpretation for all terms.
Refund Policy
- 15+ days notice before the charter date: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the deposit.
- 14 to 4 days notice before the charter date: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit.
- Within 3 days of the charter date: No refunds will be provided.
