❓ Eastern Hokkaido Travel & Private Charter FAQ

🔰

How is the private charter cost calculated? Are there hidden fees?

Our Hokkaido private charters strictly use legally registered “green-plate (commercial) vehicles”, ensuring the highest safety standards. We provide an “all-inclusive price”; the quote covers driver fees, fuel, highway tolls, and parking, with absolutely no hidden charges.

💬

Can the driver communicate with us? What if I don’t speak Japanese?

Don’t worry! We provide professional drivers who speak Cantonese and Mandarin. They are fully experienced with local Hokkaido road conditions and snow driving, and they can communicate with you seamlessly to help you discover hidden gems without any language barriers.

🗺️

Can I change the itinerary after booking?

That is the major advantage of a private charter! You can follow our suggested itineraries or completely customize your own route. If you wish to stay longer at a spot or switch restaurants on the day of travel, we can flexibly accommodate your requests within service hours and safe driving mileage.
